Jen

Jen Valerine is a Wisconsin native whose passion for caring for animals began in childhood. She entered the veterinary field in 1997 and earned her Certified Veterinary Technician license in 2006. Over the years, Jen has gained extensive experience across a wide range of settings—from general practice to emergency medicine for small animals, exotics, and wildlife. Her career has also included managing single hospitals as well as coordinating operations for multi-site practices, both of which have been pivotal in shaping her leadership and operational skills.

Driven by a passion for discovering new ways to make veterinary operations both enjoyable and successful, Jen believes that strong client communication, compassionate patient care, and structured team collaboration are key to delivering the highest standard of medical care.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and five dogs. She loves the outdoors and can often be found hiking, kayaking, boating, or exploring the Mississippi River.
